Terms of Service

AppealSource is an independent software product for eligible sellers on the platforms and markets covered by its current policy registries. It analyzes the information you provide against selected official-source material and produces a report and editable draft. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Amazon, TikTok, ByteDance, or any covered platform.

The price is USD 18, paid once, for one eligible case in any currently supported marketplace. The checkout shows the charge currency and amount before payment, and the customer’s bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Eligibility is checked before checkout. Payment details are entered with Lemon Squeezy, which provides the hosted checkout and merchant-of-record transaction services.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the information you submit, for confirming that you are authorized to use it and for reviewing the report and draft before taking action. You must not submit information you are prohibited from sharing.

Do not submit passwords, account credentials, API keys, payment or bank details, government identifiers, identity documents or buyer personal information. Do not use the service to impersonate TikTok, bypass platform controls, submit an appeal on another person’s behalf or violate applicable law or platform terms.

The service uses automated processing and selected sources. Information can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect, and you must independently verify the result. AppealSource does not provide legal advice, represent you, guarantee accuracy, or guarantee reinstatement, approval, payment, account access, or any other platform outcome.

After a successful checkout and verified payment event, the case result is made available through the private case-access flow. Do not share your case access token. AppealSource may pause generation or access when required for safety, security, provider policy or legal compliance.

Refund eligibility and processing are described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived are not limited by that policy.

We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain the service, correct errors or comply with provider requirements. We will not represent a feature as available when it is disabled.
